We can do any event from bridal showers to birthday parties to bigger events in the community. We can travel anywhere in the Des Moines metro as well as farther north areas close to or in Ames. An evening celebrating the creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit of Iowa State's makers, alumni, and students — shop a wide variety of unique, handmade products crafted by current students and alumni, perfect for one-of-a-kind holiday gifts.

Paws & Pints Paw-liday Market
Our Paw-liday Market is one of our favorite events of the year, welcoming around 600 guests for an evening of holiday shopping, good food, drinks, and festive fun. The event is held indoors and is dog-friendly, so guests are encouraged to bring their leashed pups along while they shop.
We'll have a great mix of both pet-related and human-related vendors, making this a fun place for guests to find unique holiday gifts for everyone on their list. We'll also have our holiday pop-up in full swing, including a visit from Santa, which always brings in plenty of excited shoppers.
Holiday Sip and Shop
Join us for a holiday sip-and-shop evening at The Republic on Grand — the rooftop lounge on the sixth floor of the AC Hotel in downtown Des Moines, serving craft cocktails and small plates. Come visit Link'd Jewelry there!

Link'd Jewelry at the Ruan Center Holiday Market — the final holiday market of the season, shop local makers in downtown Des Moines.
5th Annual Brain Cancer Bike Ride Event
Gary's Ride annual brain cancer bike ride (3rd Saturday in May) raising funds and hope for local brain cancer patients, especially glioblastoma — come visit Link'd at the celebration. The ride starts at the Waukee Raccoon River Valley Trailhead on the Raccoon River Trail.

Special performances and events are scheduled throughout the season.

Johnston Farmers Market
The Johnston Farmers Market is a weekly Tuesday market held at the Johnston Town Center from 4–7 PM, featuring fresh produce, baked goods, crafts, food trucks, and live music. It’s a community-focused, family-friendly event with 25–38 vendors during peak season and a long local history dating back to 1989.
