We can do any event from bridal showers to birthday parties to bigger events in the community. We can travel anywhere in the Des Moines metro as well as farther north areas close to or in Ames. The Ames Main Street Farmers‘ Market is a community event that brings people together every week from May to October from Ames and the surrounding area to enjoy the bounty of locally grown produce, delicious baked goods and beautifully hand-crafted items.
Led by the Ames Regional Economic Alliance, the Ames Main Street Farmers’ Market provides a weekly opportunity to buy directly from Local Iowa vendors/producers offering seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, cheeses, arts, crafts, fresh flowers, plants and much more.
In addition to the variety of vendors, the market also provides live local entertainment and free children’s activities each week including educational programming throughout the market area. The market hosts 130 full-time, occasional and non-profit vendors throughout the season. Our weekly attendance averages more than 4000 visitors per Saturday.

Beaverdale Fall Festival
The Beaverdale Fall Festival in Des Moines, IA, is set for September 18-19, 2024. The annual event features a variety of activities, including live music, a parade, carnival games, food vendors, and, of course, permanent Jewelry!
The festival starts on Friday evening with a car night and live music performances. Saturday’s highlights include a pancake breakfast, a parade, and various family-friendly activities. The Valley Junction Farmers Market is home to over 80 weekly vendors selling fresh produce, baked goods, plants and flowers, arts and crafts, and prepared foods. Join your friends and neighbors from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Live music in a beverage garden happens each week on the stage in Railroad Park. Special performances and events are scheduled throughout the season.

Paws & Pints - 4th Birthday Bash
Paws & Pints is turning four, and we’re celebrating with the ultimate birthday bash! Join us Saturday, August 22nd for Party 4 Paws, featuring a full day of activities, specials, live music, vendors, giveaways, and surprises throughout the park. The Festival for Dogs & Their Humans is BACK! Pupchella 2026 is taking over Paws & Pints with an afternoon full of music, foam, games, treats, and festival fun for pups and their people!
